1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Special order or backordered items may take longer to ship. Estimated lead times will be communicated via email.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer a variety of shipping options based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Our carriers include:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • USPS
  • Freight services for large items (e.g., marine engines)

Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Package dimensions and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

You will see the exact cost during the checkout process.


4. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited options are available for an additional charge.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional time and cost.

5. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary by destination.
  • The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

6. Freight Shipping (Large Items)

Large items, such as complete marine engines, are shipped via freight.

  • A valid phone number is required at checkout to coordinate delivery.
  • Curbside delivery is standard. If you require a lift gate or inside delivery, please contact us in advance (additional charges may apply).
  • Inspect the shipment upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately before signing.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website.


8. Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Customs or border inspections
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


9. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or incorrect product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
